Estepona is the neighbour to the west of Marbella, which used to be an old fishing port, but now has geared up towards tourists and foreigners who look for a holiday home in the sun.  Estepona enjoys many golf courses and two blue flag awarded beaches, along with many beach restaurants and a host of other amenities.

Relative close dictance to Marbella has made it attractive for people who chose that area for living as they knew they can be in Marbella and enjoy the glamour of Marbella only doing a short drive.

Estepona is 45 km from Gibraltar Airport & 80 Km away from Malaga Airport, for both airports roads and motorways like AP7 are providing a quick access.

2017 and 2018 has seen a great boost of some new and interesting developments in Estepona of which some are very good investments and homes for holidays or permanent living.

In gerneral city center of Estepona is older and there are not many larger luxury apartments for foreigners to choose from. Most of the interesting properties of Estepona are outside of the center in Urbanizations with great facilities like swimming pools, gardens, spas and security.
